Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed on this site and why, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

What we collect
Only what you provide in the contact form: name, email and message. In addition, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) generates technical logs (e.g. IP) for security and operation. We do not build advertising profiles.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to read and reply to your enquiry or correction. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.
Retention
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any legal obligations; after that it is deleted.
Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting) and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which delivers your message by email to the owner, act as processors and may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Changes
If a newsletter or affiliate links are added in future, this policy will be updated before they go live.
